HI, And thanks for looking. your looking at a nice camper. Its not anything fancy but it does work and i just put alot of work into it.

There is a new microwave, new water heater, 2 new friges and very good tires. had this camper for about a year and decided to upgrade to something shorter. LOL. anyways it has a direct water hookup propane tanks are both full and the air conditioner was replaced right when i bought it and it works very well. no leaks what so ever shower and toilet both work great. there is a tremendis amount of storage space and the tires are about 90%. all windows open and close nothing broke except the stove vent.

ps as you can see the only damage is to the right rear fender just exterior it did not affect anything in the inside and it comes with everything you see except the lazy boy had to put that in the other camper. sorry i love my chair!!!
